Biography

Carter joined Infinedi in August 2019.

Previously, he was a Managing Director and member of the Investment Committee of Leeds Equity Partners, a middle market private equity firm with $1.5 billion of AUM and committed capital, from 2005 through 2018. In addition to the board memberships detailed below across the firm’s most recent three private equity funds, he also sourced the firm’s successful investment in ExLibris Group, led the recapitalization of EduK Group and organized, structured, and launched the $236 million affiliated SBIC, LNC Partners.

Prior to Leeds Equity Partners, Carter was a Managing Director with CIBC World Markets and completed capital raising and advisory assignments totaling over $30 billion across more than 60 instruments and mandates.
